Sambonet Cookware are made with the highest quality stainless steel, equipped with a thermo-radiant sandwich bottom, ideal for all types of cooking: gas, electric, glass-ceramic and induction. Before use, wash the tool thoroughly with hot soapy water, rinse and dry. Never leave the cookware empty on heat sources; do not let the flame overflow from the bottom. As soon as the contents come to a boil, reduce the supply of gas or electricity: the thermo-diffuser bottom will keep the temperature inside the pan unchanged. Pay attention to the salt: do not add cold salt as the salt crystals cause an electrolytic and chemical reaction capable of corroding the steel. Better to wait for the water to boil. For cleaning it is recommended not to use detergents containing chlorine, such as bleach (sodium hypochlorite), as they can affect stainless steel. Avoid violent impacts and temperature changes. Do not cool suddenly, do not use to store food containing citric, acetic and lactic acid. To eliminate iridescent halos due to overheating, use only specific products for stainless steel. To eliminate any whitish stains caused by limescale boil water with vinegar, allow to cool and wash normally. When using Sambonet non-stick cookware for the first time, it is advisable to wash the product well with water and a suitable detergent. Do not put the empty cookware on heat sources; clean the pots after use, taking care not to use alkaline detergents and do not use abrasive pads. Washing in the dishwasher, at temperatures above 35 ° C, could cause the formation of stains or rings. Do not use metal utensils, which may scratch the coating; use special wooden, soft plastic or Teflon or Pa Plus tools.
