Accademia Lagofusion® is the new Lagostina line in 18/10 stainless steel designed for lovers of true chef's cuisine. An innovative element of the line is the Lagofusion bottom, provided with a layer of notched steel perfectly adhering to the visible aluminum disc. The two layers of the bottom, combined with the 3 in the body (steel-aluminum-steel) create a truly unique 5-layer technology, which allows even better heat diffusion: + 50% more on the bottom and on the wall, compared to a traditional Lagostina primer, for constant and homogeneous temperatures.
