Emile Henry Ceramics - Burgundy clay
For the realization of his ceramics, Emile Henry uses only Burgundy clay, a natural material and famous for its mineral properties. The terracotta that can be obtained in this way is an excellent conductor of heat. Not only that, the heat is distributed evenly over the entire surface, thus allowing it to reach the heart of the dishes and obtain a gradual cooking that keeps the properties and flavors of the various ingredients unaltered. The terracotta also manages to retain heat in an intense way, therefore also perfect for serving dishes, from the oven then directly to the table.
